1. Who is responsible for processing my personal data?
Ham Autodemontage B.V. (“AutoHam”), located at Nijkerkerstraat 27a, 3821 CD Amersfoort, is responsible for processing data as described in this privacy policy.

This privacy policy applies to all personal data of anyone who has ever been in contact with AutoHam, such as visitors, (potential) customers, and business contacts.
3. Whose personal data do we process, and how do we obtain this data?
We process the personal data of everyone who has directly or indirectly been in contact with AutoHam, such as (business) customers and contacts of partners. We receive your data directly from you when you visit us or contact us via email, app, or phone. In some cases, we receive your data from other parties, but only if you have given them permission to share specific information with us, for example, via www.onderdelenlijn.nl.
4. What data do we process about you, what do we use it for, and how long do we store it?
If you place an order, we need certain details to send you a quote, determine the specifications or requirements a product or service must meet, deliver goods or perform services for you, issue invoices, and communicate with you efficiently regarding the execution of the agreement.
For this purpose, we collect your name, email address, address(es), payment details, and phone number.
These data are necessary to fulfill the agreement you have entered into with us. By law, we are required to retain data related to your order for 7 years. If you have not been in contact with us for 7 years, you can request the deletion of your data at any time.
5. With whom do we share your data?
External partners
To execute an agreement, we may sometimes engage external partners. These may include suppliers of parts, materials, and products, or contractors carrying out work on our behalf. In some cases, they also need personal data. We only share the data necessary for the task the external partner is performing for us. We do not sell your data to service providers or other parties.
Logistics partners
Additionally, we work with various logistics partners, such as DHL, NL Logistics, and UPS. Our logistics partners receive your name and delivery address from us. They need this information to deliver your package to the address you have chosen.
The government
Sometimes, we are required to share personal data with the government. This may occur if certain government agencies need this information to perform their duties, such as the Tax Authorities. Law enforcement or the judiciary may also request specific data in cases of fraud or abuse. Finally, some regulatory authorities may access personal data as part of an investigation.
6. Where do we store your data, and how is it secured?
We store data in an external server facility, meaning your data is provided to our server provider. Additionally, we use Automate and Promasy business software and related storage solutions for emails and other files.
AutoHam takes measures to protect your personal data. We work with a partner who secures our systems and identifies potential vulnerabilities. Through access control, we ensure that your personal data is only accessible to employees who need it to perform their tasks.
